  1.3、ZHENKONGXITONG

  根据实际条件,本试验系统选用2XZ-4型机械泵作为前级泵,F-100/110 型分子泵作为二级泵的真空机组。启动真空机组对试验腔体进行抽气,经过10 h,此机组基本达到极限真空度为1.33 × 10-5 Pa。在本项目的试验过程中,一般保持试验腔体的真空度为1.5 × 10-3 Pa。

  2、JIELUN

  (1) 为了研究纳秒脉冲电压下真空绝缘的表面电荷特性,本文搭建了纳秒脉冲电压发生平台和一整套基于静电容探头法的绝缘子表面电荷测量系统。纳秒级脉冲发生器的输出脉冲上升沿在10 ns左右,脉宽在100 ns 左右;电荷测量系统的探头空间分辨率为1.971 mm2,电荷分辨率为0.084 μC /m2
